My Audi had some front end damage so I took it to Global Tech Collision for an estimate. Motaz was able to give me a quote for the repair on the spot. They did the work according to my schedule and the repair was done right on time. The price was extremely reasonable and my car looks great! I would highly recommend this auto body shop.

I had a minor collision where the back bumper need to be repaired. I was pleasantly surprised at the precision of the work done and the colour match. Also, Ahmed was very pleasant and very professional. It is clear that he is a trained professional. Great customer service.

My little silver 2000 Acura EL has always been my pride and joy car. So when it got rusted on the rear drivers side wheel panel I was devastated and wanted it fixed. Global Tech Collision was referred to me as a bodyshop who could help me repair my car. Motaz was amazing to deal with and the repairs were fantastic! 5 years later, my car still looks good and the formerly corroded areas never came back rusty. So impressed with the service, quality of work that I have and will continue to refer Global Auto Collision!

After my accident, Ahmed not only explained the work involved with my car when my car was towed to his shop but he promised to put genuine parts and have my car looking like new when it was ready. This being my first accident, Ahmed took the time to educate me in the whole process dealing with an insurance company after an accident. At the end, Global Tech Auto Collision delivered on all their promises and went above and beyond to look after me and my car. They are amazing, reliable and most importantly honest. I was very impressed with the outcome and definitely recommend them. Thank you Ahmed and Motaz.

After an accident the staff at Global fixed my car quickly, inexpensively and overall the firm was very professional. In a stressful situation it was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Ahmed and his staff, but hope I never need their services again. But if I do, it is where I will go.

These guys do excellent work at a reasonable price. Very friendly, accommodating, with the work completed sooner than I expected. This is now the 4th vehicle I have now taken to them for body work repair and we are very satisfied with the results each time. Vehicle comes back looking like new with free detailing on the inside. Highly recommend using them for all your auto body repairs.

Had my car into global the day it was damaged. Got an estimate right away and parts needed, ordered and paid for. Took it in on the Mon - they drove me home - it was to be ready on Wednesday and it was, shortly after noon. They would have picked me up, if necessary. They stayed with their estimate and delivered a good job and a cleaned car! Nice people to do business with.

Global Tech Collision isn't trustworthy at all :
I have worst and disappointing experience with GLOBAL TECH AUTO COLLISION, located at 1254 Plains Rd. E, Unit 12, Burlington, ON L7S 1W6 .
In my suggestion to the customers, please avoid going to GLOBAL TECH AUTO COLLISION

Before taking advance, the owner has assured me that he will finish all the works till Friday after within 9 business days, with Life time Warranty, so that I will get rid of my Rent Car, and have peace of mind before he collected money in advance for paints etc.

And also, he confirmed me that my car will be ready fully, on friday 7th of October at 4:30, till that I would have to pay fully.

When I arrived that day at 4:45 pm, he told me that ,"look at the car , I have made new, but he didn't inform me that there was a part missing at the lower side of Passenger side Fender . The Power Front side Passenger seat was not functioning at all, Passenger side Power sliding door was not moving at all.

Above all, he has failed to give me Life Time Warranty which he promised me before taking advance. He has failed to remove scratches from the Door which he was supposed to do that.

On top of that, he did assure me that he will remove scratches from bumper, behind and upper portion of the hood under the price which we have agreed, without charging me extra,( only touch up by paints)

Now he is asking almost $2000 to fix entire again, while he gave me in writing what he was supposed to do for the price I have paid.

Surprisingly, last Friday, when I arrived at his BodyShop, he complained me that I didn't appreciate his hard works, then I replied, because he didn't notify me that the lower part of the fender was missing which he didn't put that. He changed my passenger door's Fender , sliding door and fixed panel but The sliding door and passenger seat is not properly aligned and is not working at all, which he didn't inform me.

Then he started abusing taking my back home country's name and my religion. I asked him why he was doing like this, then he told me before I would have done some thing bad, you better get lost from here, while he has collected all money before intimidating and giving me those threats.

Then I was so scared that I avoided to talk to him, and I couldn't pick up my car, though after making all Full and Final payment.

Then he left from the Body Shop.-Global Tech . Then I spoke to his brother Motaz, and asked why he was behaving like that.
His brother told me that his mood was not good, because in the morning there was a customer from the same country which I belong to, gave $200 in place of deducting money of $500.

Then I asked, its nothing to do with me,, Would he want to retaliate and cover up his lost from me ? His brother also felt shame the way he behaved with me.

So my advice to the customers, please avoid going to GLOBAL TECH AUTO COLLISION.

The best Collision shop I've seen to be honest.
I been going there for years, since the two brothers (Mo & Amed took over and they grew extravagantly with now two locations in Burlington to serve you and a towing company.
I had my Nissan quest and Nissan Altima fixed there.
I'm glad I didn't listen to my insurance company and picked GTC to fight for new parts for me and fix my car to the industry standards.

I was sent to Global Tech Collision by the service manage at JP Motors. I had bought used 2012 Acura MDX that required body work on the rear fender, door and bumper after backing into those awful poles at the Tim hortons drive through.
They were very polite and friendly, gave me a reasonable quote and offered me a free shuttle to my work and picked me up on the date of job completion. I could not believe my eyes at how amazing the work was. They repaired it like new, detailed my car and said the work is guaranteed for life. My husband and I were very pleased and called JP Motors to thank them for sending me to Global Auto. I've had past experiences with other body shops and Global Tech Auto exceeded my standards and expectations. I highly recommend them!!

Glad to hear RTSYSTEMS was pleased with mechanical repairs at Global Tech. At this date, I believe, Global Tech do not any licenced mechanics in the automotive shop, if the automotive shop is still in operation. The mechanics have moved around the corner due to terrible working conditions at Global. I was so happy to see them there. They have been servicing my vehicles for 33 years. Honest guys in a beautiful new shop...same complex.
