My wife had an accident with her Honda CRV. On May 6, 2014 I drove to Golden Triangle and parked it in front of the office .. where it appeared that one should park; in the driveway but not blocking it. When I got there the receptionist was on the phone -- but on hold, not talking to anyone. She ignored me. Several people were standing in the office behind her. Also ignored me. Two of them were walking out and I asked, "Are you going out to write estimates?" He replied, "No, and if that's your car over there, can you move it?"Well, I did move it ... drove it to Majestic Collision where they seemed to want the business and they got the $2200 repair job instead. I complained to CAA who recommends Golden Triangle. Andrew Weiberg, CSR manager at CSN Golden Triangle Collision, sent me an e-mail on May 6, 2014 requesting additional info. I sent that to him. To this day, I never heard back from them or from CAA. I'm sure that others have gotten better service and perhaps mine was an isolated experience. But give enough potential customers that experience and one day, the business will regret it. btw, I am a retired Insurance Claims Manager who had set up Preferred Shop programs all over Central Ontario (not Guelph or KW).

My Jaguar was involved in a low speed collision with the back of a stopped cement truck. I arranged for the repair to be completed through my mechanic's insurance company with Golden Triangle Collision. The grille was replace the hood repaired and realigned so it could be opened and closed properly. Prior to the repair, I told that Golden Triangle Collision would provide 92% restoration. Unfortunately the missing 8% was where the headlight bezel and the hood meet at the side of the grille. I told the service person I was not satisfied with the result, as the car looks like it was hit and some effort was made to repair it. She gave me a customer satisfaction form and said thank you very much, and did not even ask why I wasn't satisfied. It was essentially implied that they don't want to discuss it, get out.
The work Golden Triangle did I would rate 8 out of 10, customer service I would rate a 4 out of 10, customer satisfaction about 7 out of 10. Right now I am taking my car around to body repair shops in Guelph to see if I get the car repaired to my satisfaction.\
My advise to anyone who owns a Jaguar is not to take it Golden Triangle Collision as it appear Jaguar repair is beyond their realm of expertise.
