My van was stolen. The insurance company left me in silence for over a month and refused to return my calls. They exhausted my rental car coverage and built up a storage bill that exceeded $1200.00 after the police had found the van. In sheer despair, I called Marcel's Collision.
Immediately they told me to let them take care of everything and did they ever. They fixed all of the damage to my van beautifully. They got the insurance company to extend my rental car coverage and cover the storage bill. Once I left it in their capable hands I was finally able to breathe, just in time for Christmas.
You will never regret taking your car to Marcel's. Their staff are caring and genuine and their work is second to none.
Thank you to everyone at Marcel's for giving me peace after what can only be described as an incredibly stressful event.

They didn't fix everything the first time I took it in. They asked me to bring it back, said it would only take 10 minutes. Went there and they said they didn't have to right part. I had to go back a 3rd time. I waited for 10 mins they said you are all good. Came home looked at it, the piece they were supposed to replace was still broken. I took time off of work twice and went there and they obviously had no intention of fixing it. Maybe they didn't fix anything they were supposed to. BEWARE!!!

These people did so much for me. Alot of support in a time of crisis! I highly recommend them! Understanding warm and acts of kindness. I for sure will always talk highly of them. I ended up buying one of there rental cars as well lol.. they helped me in more ways then one. DO NOT hesitate to call them!

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
They stole money and all kinds of stuff out of my car and then said they couldn't do anything for me and they scratched my car and said it was there already. Do not bring your car to them. You will regret it
