I've been buying live Christmas tree's from Nick 's for over 20 years, always great. This year's tree was by far the worst. Dry before I could decorate it, just day later after purchase. It was in water 30 minutes after purchase. Called to return for exchange & had the rudest employee ever. Last live Christmas tree I buy from Nick 's or buy anything from them after the rude employee conversation. She was accusing & rude. Guess Nick 's doesn't care about customer service.
