I recently got into a fender bender, made a call to my insurance and within minutes tow truck called me came to get the car got a rental on premises with enterprise. Great team they have and they made sure they kept me informed about my repairs has it got done, they were very patient with me when I would call them and I would recommend them for work on any vehicle insurance wise or other purpose. Terrible place to go.
My insurance suggested me to go to Turpin. After dealing with Brett he assured me everything will look perfect to my satisfaction. I informed him I only want OEM products used on my car and he agreed. A few days later they told me to come back to drop off my car.
The car was put together very poorly with interior panels not completely on, broken visor, airbag clips glued on instead of replaced, cut rear headliner access panel (which they denied removing), crooked and dirty headliner and they never replaced door belt molding which was damaged.
On top of everything that occurred; they didn't follow my wishes of having OEM parts on my car giving me a cheap knock off non certified aftermarket hood (hoping I wouldn't notice) which didn't have any crumble zones. Purely cosmetic and was painted so poorly you can see all the imperfections in it (swirls, dust particles and rough bumps). When I brought it up; they told me the insurance company told them to put it on as a way to save money... When I told them it doesn't matter what the insurance companies want and because its my property I have the choice of how I want my car fixed. They told me that my car was 5 years old and the repairs they did should have been accepted without complaint.
It almost took a full year to have everything back to what it was pre accident. Not bad for a claim that was suppose to be "hassle and effort free" and supposed to be done right the first time...
