I spoke to Rich and met his (Husky dog - Zizu) for the first time when I took my A6 - SLine for repair.
We instantly had an understanding as we are car fanatics and Rich had a similar view as me for paying attention to details on my car maybe he was a little bit more :)
The repair process and the finished work was even better than expected. They made my A6 look new again! I would recommend Uni-Body over and over again. Quality work, great prices and a customer service experience that is second to none. They also provide a lifetime guarantee.
I think in this whole process I have made a good friend.

Absolutely the best body shop in town. I will definitely use them in the future for any work I need done to my cars body. Rich is an absolutely great and honest guy, and willing to chat with you about just about anything, even after they are closed! They will wait for to you come to their shop if you need them to after hours as well (being its a reasonable time of course). I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my VW Golf. Very high quality work and they don't take shortcuts. If you're able to come here, you cannot go wrong.

Sam and his son are great people to deal with. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile...When my insurance company wanted to cover me for a re-manufactured bumper, Sam made sure I got an OEM part. Great service and workmanship. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do I will bring my business there whenever I need work done to my car. The only reason 5 stars wasn't given was because the inside of my car was not cleaned. But that's o.k. because that's the way it was when they got it.

I've been taking my cars to Uni-Body for over 16 years - their experience with Mercedes is second to none and same goes for the quality of work they provide. I have no reservations at all when recommending Uni-Body to my family, friends, and business colleagues because the family that runs the shop takes care of their clients in a very personal and understanding manner. They always look out for the best interests of their clients - I have first hand experience with this when they fought on my behalf with my insurance in a hit and run situation. Unibody collision is absoulutly fantastic. My car was pretty much written off, but they made it look better than new. body work was excellent. The paint matched perfectly. They let you know whats going on with your vehicle. No lies, just honest good work. Definetly recomended, I would definetly bring my vehicle back to There repair facility

I cannot state it any other way - simply OUTSTANDING work was done on my Mercedes ML320. No one could tell it had been in a front end collision at all. Car was cleaned and vacuumed at no extra charge and they even stayed after hours to release my vehicle because I could not make it during office hours. I HIGHLY recommend Uni-Body to all my friends and associates.
