I took my car to Universal Auto Body to have minor rust repair work on my car.
The work this shop did was substandard with metal patches not fitting properly, body filler patch cracked and broke through the paint within 2 weeks. Lots of grinder marks under the paint, body filler lumps visible under paint.
In addition to the terrible work, the shop damaged the rear bumper and wheel well liners where they hit these parts with their grinder.
When later questioned, the owner claimed this is expected of body work and would not provide a refund for the terrible work they did.
I would not recommend anyone take their car here for body repairs.

B&R auto has an excellent customer first approach! I called on a Saturday to get a quote for dent and scratches on my car door and bumper. They were closing at 2pm, but I wasn?t able to get there until 3,They waited for me to get there pass closing. They look at my car, gave me a great estimate, I made my appointment. They came in 30 mins early before opening so I could drop off my car and get to work on time. The workman ship was excellent when the job was finished. I was really impressed

i happen to visit some body shop for estimating. to my surprise most bodshops do not have licensed mechanics. when accident happens, mechanical surpervision is also needed to a find accurate damage. to make story short, only new dealers have every thing to fix right, but they were expensive, as i do not had full insurance coverage. ultimately i choosed universal auto cause they had body shop and mechanical facililty at same premises and their prices were resonable and service was also good. thank god.
