Worst building in the city. Yes the management guys are very nice, but completely unwilling or incapable of making a difference. The place is infested. Infested so strongly that living here is unbareable. If you choose to live here, you will live with crack heads. Your hallways will always smell of urine. You will be forced to throw out your things and go to work with lesions and bites. You will not be able to cook at home or to host visitors. If you stay here long, well, maybe you should research the effects of living with roaches. This is a serious concern for health and safety, but is seen as a joke here. Zero stars here. Save yourself the trouble and just lodge at CAMH.

I lived in Lord Dufferin Apartment for a year. It was my first apartment in Toronto and I absolutely loved living here.
The team that runs the apartment and make sure everything is working as it should be are amazing (Mario, Abner). They are always quick to assist you with your needs and always do so with a smile on their face. They also always let you know if they needed to shut anything off in order to be fixed well in advance with written notice.
The view from my apartment was spectacular. I had a great view of the water and the city. Everyone who came over to visit always wanted to sit outside and enjoy the views of the city.
Pool was a great added bonus in the summer months when the weather was hot. They have a lifeguard on duty which is more than most places have.
I NEVER had a problem with any sort of bugs or rodents. Not once. The apartment is clean and updated.
I encourage anyone looking for an apartment in the city to consider Lord Dufferin Apartments.
