Contractor was hired to remove and replace two sets of customer-provided entry and storm doors, remove and replace two sets of entry stairs, install a new sliding glass door, and install a new deck. This included outside wrapping and inside trim for all doors, concrete disposal for stairs, and all dirt work for deck. Contractor started work a little more than a month after the contract was signed. Contractor did not show up when scheduled, and did not make contact when needing to change the schedule. Contractor installed doors incorrectly, and even after issues were identified by the city inspector, contractor would not make contact to correct issues. Multiple attempts to contact contractor (via email, text, phone, and certified letter) received no response. Entry stair and deck work was never started, and contractor abandoned the job. Contractor did not return the deposit provided (over $12000) when asked, even though the only item purchased was the sliding glass door. Bad installation of doors will require upwards of an additional $4000 to correct. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this contractor.
