I called Matt and made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance - this place is a dealer for oil brand I wanted. I left work early, drove in traffic to the other end of the town, and... ran into a "I don't know nothing, Matt is out of town" kinda individual. I told him that Matt was supposed to order oil for me - "don't know nothing". OK, do you have that oil brand? Yes. I'll buy it. Nope.
When a business has no concept of business integrity, word, or decency and treats customers like garbage, I would not recommend trusting it with your vehicle. Proceed at your own risk.
