I have used Mr. Kagan for tickets a couple years ago. He was very good and I never had to do a thing except pay the reduced ticket. I had him take care of a ticket for my girlfriend, he did get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. The only problem is that the court said he failed to appear to the first hearing, so they issued a warrant, and suspended her license. He kept saying everything was fine, and all she had to do is take the copy of the compliance papers to the DMV. For my girlfriend who is a teacher, and a productive member of society, it was not fine to have a suspended license, or a warrant. He did not apologize, he did not contact her to let her know what was going, and after I texted him he did not take responsibility or did not call me to offer any resolution. I don't know what has happened in the last few years but certainly not the service I expected from Lenny.
