Never a bad experience in more than 15 years of taking our cars here. John gives straight, honest advice and looks for ways to save you money, not ways to make you spend more. He doesn't cut corners. But he doesn't recommend service you don't need just to pad his bill. We have often taken vehicles there telling him what we think needs done only to have him find the problem was something much less serious, much less expensive to repair. And we have never in all those years had to take a car back because it was not repaired right.
