Beautiful dealership with nice staff. No pressure and they all help you find what your looking for. David G has been a great help, real friendly and a great guy to help find me what I'm looking for. Other honorable mentions is the GM Aaron, manager Alex and a great guy who was nice directing me was Richard Lam. The receptionist was very nice and friendly too. Great job David and the rest of the crew. Couldn't thank you more.

HAD A FREE LIFE TIME OIL CHANGE WHICH WAS PAID FOR AT ALBERTA HONDA WHILE PURCHASING THE CAR. WENT FOR 2ND OIL CHANGE THEY WOULD NOT SERVICE THE CAR BECAUSE OF SOME CODE ON THE DASHBOARD. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD CHECK THE TRANSMISSION AND THAT WOULD BE ABOUT $800 AS THAT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. I TOLD THEM ITS A NEW CAR WITH JUST 15,000 KM ANYTHING WITH TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRENTY, MOREOVER IT COULD BE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM?
THEY SAID PAY $800 GET THIS FIXED FIRST THEN ONLY I COULD GET FREE OIL CHANGE, IF I DO NOT GET THE CAR FIXED FROM THEM THEN IT WOULD BE BREACH OF CONTRACT AND I WOULD NOT RECEIVE FREE OIL CHANGE EVER.
WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP WHERE I PAID JUST FOR OIL CHANGE AND THE CHECKED EVERYTHING AND TOOK CARE OF THE CODE AND I WAS OFF IN JUST 30 MIN.
NEVER EVER GO TO ALBERTA HONDA, THER ARE SUCKERS WAITING TO SUCK YOUR MONEY.

Word Bud! You should have file a complain with Gov't of Canada through Transport Canada...if I saw this article earlier I would have gave you a contact and the go to guy. Bunch of scammers. I guess all that advertisements & gimmicks of trying to buy their cars sounds real nice but when you tried to get something out of them its always a Hassle.
