I have been a long-time customer at Charlesglen Toyota. I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander with high mileage, and over the past few years I have had several major repairs performed. Recently, I took my car in to Charlesglen for some major servicing, and, when I drove it the next day, I realized that I still had a braking problem. I took it into the dealership the next day, told the service representative and foreman that I was not satisfied with the work, and that I needed them to look over my vehicle again. What they discovered was a distinct problem that was not connected to the issues for which I had originally had my car serviced. But Charlesglen kindly covered the cost, thanking me for being a loyal customer.

What a difference a few years make. Service has gone downhill and I am in the midst of considering returning. Waiting times different than actual "ready" times. Interior clean poorly done. Some of the service advisors too flippant and much too casual showing a lack of professionalism.

We didn't check out any other Toyota dealerships, but once we decided that we wanted a Sienna, Charsleglen Toyota worked out great. Our salesman was really friendly and not pushy at all. He kept in occasional contact when we decided to postpone our search for several months. In the end, we returned to him, spent a looong day filling out forms and trading in our current vehicle (the only reason I deducted half a star), and left the dealership satisfied that we had made the right decision. I don't like followups or too much email/phone contact and our salesman fit in perfectly with that. I'd recommend this dealership.

I have had a great time dealing with the people at Charlesglen Toyota. All the people there from the managers to the sales reps are pleasant to deal with. I have dealt with a different Toyota dealer in the city before I went to Charlesglen Toyota and it is like day and night! The other dealer was sort of shady! Never gave me straight answers about prices and just wanted to get my deposit and they refused to return it.
I dealt with a gentleman with the name Juan Becerra who was AMAZING. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his cars. He answered all my questions about my new 2013 RAV4 Limited in details and was very patient with me. The thing that I appreciated the most is the fact that he was not pushy at all. He was actually the first car sales rep that didn't keep bugging me about putting a deposit down. He made the car sell itself. The other thing that I appreciated is his honesty and advice. I would defiantly recommend dealing with him.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Corolla to replace our 2004 Corolla. Everyone we met at the dealership was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to Blake, Juan, Ryan, Bonnie, Tyler and Jim. We purchased our old Corolla in 2004 from Charlesglen and serviced that car only at Charlesglen. In those 9 years we always had good service. Looking forward to another 9 or 10 years with the new car.

Product Adviser Hala Saaid was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. Hala made us both feel very comfortable and did not pressure us in anyway.
Delivery Coordinator Mark Peters walked and talked us through every part of our new Rav. Charlesglen can be very proud of Mark, his enthusiasm was refreshing and only outdone by his excellent product knowledge.

Well dealing to get my truck the sales associate (jeanette) was nothing short of awsome. Once we moved to the finace side of things (kelly) the financial advisor was fantastic with me, gueiding me through all the steps. Once that was done, on the delivery of the truck (jim). Over the past couple of weeks my girlfriend and I have been test driving new cars. We were driving a 2004 Volkswagen Golf and felt it was time to upgrade.
Since Toyota is well known for quality and we have family who bought from Charlesglen Toyota we knew you would be high on our short list.
Our sales consultant was Alex Keong. He was a joy to work with! VERY knowledgeable about both Toyota and Scion, full of energy, and made us feel very relaxed. It was like dealing with a good friend.
In the end we decided to purchase a 2013 VW Golf Highline. It basically came down to brand loyalty and Northland being able to offer more for a trade in and other incentives. If the final numbers had lined up closer we would have really had a difficult time making our decision. Alex was that good. We were actually a bit sad we had to say no to Alex.
Even though we couldn't work out a deal Alex was one of the best sales consultants we dealt with. And that's across brands such as Mazda, Subaru, Mini, Honda and Nissan!
