While the staff was friendly and helpful, we were disappointed with the waiting time to have four tires installed. The advisor told us it would take 1.5 hour. We had to wait more than 2.5 hours. Thankfully, their waiting area is well equipped with a television, coffee machine and massage chair:-).

We have been with DK Ford since they came to Leduc and have never looked back! They have always been very easy to work with! They have been professional, friendly and always ready to help in anyway they could. When we bought a new truck in August of 2012 and then someone decided to run a stop sign causing it to be written off they fell backwards to help us replace it and to give us a great deal and always asking how we and the kids were doing after that horrible experience.
We consider DK as part of our family!! Thank you!

Returned to have liner sprayed in, and was again impressed with the great service I received.

I'm pleased with DK Ford so far, but I've only had regular maintenance done.
I'm not so much a fan of Ford right now and would be hard pressed to buy another Ford in the future. Chrome shouldn't peel off bumbers and caps shouldn't fall out of rims after 60,000 kms. I've treated my vehicle like gold since 2011 and since it's beyond 3 years, Ford Customer Care could care less. They treated me like garbage.

The service deptartment has always looked after our vehicles and been consistant with following up, keeping us informed and having the vehicle ready when promised. We have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years.
when it came time to have to sell the last vehicle purchased, the regular
salesman we used wouldn't offer any help. Both he and the manager
would not return my phone call. Its a shame as DK ford has gotten bigger the
customer service become very poor.
