Took my F150 in for service and they noticed that the wheel alignment was out again. I had it done in October and now being December out again. They re-done it again at no charge.They then noticed that my timing cover and water pump were leaking. They never had the parts so had to re-schedule an appointment. The Ladies in the back service area make you feel so much at home. Terry arranged for me to come back and they had a courtesy car for me. They repaired my truck in good time Thanks again Denham Ford for the great service.

A great big Thank You to Brittany and the service staff at Denham Ford. My wife and I pulled up in my dad's motor home on the first day of our vacation for an oil change and received nothing but the best in customer service. We were offered a car to use while the work was being done, but chose instead to walk across the street for breakfast. By the time we got back, the job was almost done, and the small amount of time we had to wait went by quickly as we enjoyed chatting with various staff members. In all, it was a great start to our vacation.
I have now bought 3 work trucks from Denham Ford and plan to continue to deal with them in the future.

Great service and effective delivery! Sales and Finance staff did their best to deliver on all our needs. We did a road trip back to BC via Banff and Jasper with our new ride. Buy from Denham, its like rewarding yourself with a little vacation. Thank you to the whole team for making this happen.

I called to book an oil change and replace a windshield. It took FIVE telephone calls as the female working in the service department was very inexperienced and immature. I was greeted on the telephone with a "hey" each time. When I finally was able to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day I walked into the service department to hear one of the two females in the service department telling the service manager some very inappropriate language. Extreme lack of professionalism within the dealership! Your receptionists are the first people a customer meets and should demonstrate professionalism!!!

My family has dealt with Denham for many years. I purchased a car from Colin Karbonik a few years ago and recently needed some recalls done on my car as well as an oil change. Colin pulled all strings for me to ensure that I had a car to drive while they were working on my car. Colin drove all the way to Sherwood Park to pick up my vehicle for me as well as brought it back to me when the work was complete. I would definitely say that I was taken care of 100%. Brittany followed up with me prior to my car being returned and allowed me to keep the loaner vehicle until the next morning. She was super nice and a pleasure to speak with. I definitely recommend Denham to all car buyers. Colin goes to great lengths to ensure your happy with your purchase!

I took my husband's truck into Denham Ford for an oil change and winter tires put on. I love going to get work done there on our vehicles as i am always treated very well and the the people i deal with are great. I recently was at the service dept. with an issue I had with the exterior on my 2016 F150 Lariat - I have to thank all the women who dealt with the problem in the detailing dept. - they worked for hours on my truck and it seems the problem has been solved - but not only those ladies - the ladies at the service dept. desk plus Jim the Service manager always go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of properly, efficiently and professionally - I can't forget my Sales man Koji who just seems to know when I arrive at the dealership for servicing - I travel for about 1 hour and wait for my truck when it needs to be serviced and they always make sure that I am comfortable and if I need to go somewhere to get something to eat while I am waiting there is always someone to help me out - we have been with Denham since 2010 when we bought our first truck because our salesman went out of his way to find the truck I was looking for instead of making a special order - because of this treatment we left another Ford dealership we had been dealing with for 20 years because their service had gone downhill and we were not treated properly - even though Denham is out of the Edmonton area it is worth every kilometer to drive there and feel when you leave that you have received the best price on your new vehicle, the excellent service dept. and the sales man you are dealing with will make you feel comfortable on your purchase or no purchase - there is absolutely no pressure - thank you to everyone at Denham for making my maintenance visits so pleasurable.
