This dealership does not care HOW it sells a vehicle.
They represent they have or can get exactly the vehicle you want. However, once they have a signed contract, they ignore your calls; are rude to you; try to switch you to a different vehicle than the one you wanted; tell you the vehicle you are dealing on has certain features then feign ignorance of those features as part of the sale.
This experience has been a classic example of a "bait-and-switch" operation.
When I refused to complete the deal on a vehicle that did not have the features I requested, they refused to refund my deposit.
All-in-all, a VERY bad experience.

i have read SO many bad reviews about dealerships on n49. im glad people finally have a place to voice their concerns/experiences. it just reiterates why i use the ttc and dont have a car!
