I have dealt with Murray Koch and subsequently with his nephews for 49 years, and it will be 50 years this December.
My family and myself have had numerous Explorers and Lincolns over the years and are still driving them
and dealing with the "Koch " family.

I use Koch for my service and recently just bought a new Edge from them. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and didn't rush a sale or make me feel pressured about buying from them. Darren took to the to go over every feature and button to ensure that I knew how to work the dash system. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Had my vehicle in to finally get the winter tire package (3 months after initial purchase).
The staff there are always excellent. Ashley in service and Chuck and Kelly in sales are excellent to deal with. No issues ever getting loaner vehicles and service is always quick and excellent once you arrive for your appointment.
The only bad comment that I could give is that I have the vehicle in twice for service since purchasing and it hasn't ever come back washed, which is one of the things I was told would always happen when you purchase a Lincoln.

I was so impressed with the help Mr. Blair Martin extended to me. Considering my car was in another shop, he gave me options on what to do and he was the one who negotiated on the amount I should pay to another shop, surprisingly, I ended up paying half, still my car was not driveable. He offered free towing, just to have my car checked at their place. Up until I decided, to trade-in my Ford Escape, and Mr. Blair introduced Mr Hector Lafreniere, one of Koch Ford Lincoln New Vehicle Sales Consultant. On the entire time I spend in their office, all of them treated me good and with high respect. Now, I got 2016 Ford Edge SEL, and currently, I am enjoying all the features I have on my vehicle, in the beginning, I was overwhelmed, but with my son's liking on my vehicle, I begun to love it too. Thanks, Mr. Blair and Mr. Hector, for the great service, you guys have given to me.

Koch Ford is the most realiable, honest and cleanest dealers I have been in. I have purchased 3 cars here and will buy my future vehicles here. Always got the best of deals. I always recommend Koch, they have always treated me with respect and dealt with my service beyond expectations. Blair in the service is a complete gentleman. Many of the sales people know me by name and I am always greeted with a smile and hello. Koch Ford is family.

We had damage to our ford because our breaks seized up and our car started slipping on the ice and slipped into the curb. Our car was still under warranty and we had additional tire warranty. We had damage to our tire, rim and a bar underneath the car. We tried to explain something was wrong with the breaks wich caused the whole mess. However, they refused to put anything through warranty. In the end we couldnt even take it to a cheaper shop because they said it would void our warranties. So we were stuck with a $3200 bill at Christmas that really made things difficult for us during the season. What we paid still should have went through warranty because the breaks either froze up or are faulty and now we are waiting for the breaks to go out again. UNSAFE and VERY UNFAIR when you pay for extended warranties and expext to be covered! Funny thing is when we take our Lincoln there, we get excellent service???

Koch service department assisted me in getting a replacement key for my 2003 Escape. The replacement key required a chip to be programmed with access to the vehicle. I had miss-placed my good key so I could not drive my vehicle to Koch. Koch service department arranged for their technician to drive to my vehicle to program the new replacement key. Great service and great support in helping me out of a difficult situation. Very much appreciated.

After purchasing our For Fusion from Les at DK Ford in Leduc in 2009 we have been exceptionally pleased with the dependability of our Fusion. We recently had a problem with the heated drivers seat. We took the car to Koch Ford Lincoln to have the seat repaired. We found all the people we dealt with to be knowledgeable, upfront and fair.
Having dealt with other dealers in the past we found this experience to be a very refreshing and honest dealership. We would highly recommend the Dealership and its staff to anyone looking to be treated fairly and with respect.
