If I could give ZERO stars I would - Because even A HALF STAR is being WAY TOO GENEROUS. I work in the auto industry and have worked with dealerships all across the province - both high-end dealers like Lamborghini and Subaru dealerships, so I know what good service looks like and what I experienced from this dealership is the farthest thing from good service. If you want your vehicle driven around the city in excess of 200 km, without your knowledge by this dealership, then its the dealership for you. If you don't, then I suggest you literally run the other way. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Sportback that was in two weeks ago for servicing due to an airbag recall. I had left my vehicle at the dealership for the duration of the week due to my work schedule. When it was picked up, the gas reservoir was empty which was odd because it was originally at half a tank when it was dropped off. On the service sheet that we received, the KM's noted were 122069. However, the vehicle displayed 122301 km. That is a 232 km difference. I would like to know why my vehicle has an extra 230 km on it than when I dropped it off and why my vehicle was obviously driven without my authorization?! I called the dealership as soon as I realized that my car had clearly been driven a great length. I called half an hour after I had picked it up and spoke to Andrew, the new sales manager and asked why my car was displaying more than 200 km than noted on the service sheet. He told me someone would be in touch with me on the next business day, which was Monday. No one called or followed up with me since and so my father called once again, and was essentially told that he can go and file a report with AMVIC or whoever and that they won't be dealing with this matter. My main concern is the fact that my vehicle has been driven without my knowledge. How am I to know that my vehicle was not used in a robbery or to commit a crime? Over 200 km extra is absurd. I have timestamped pictures of the km and the service sheet. I am livid that the trust that I placed in this dealership may have a negative impact on my life and possibly legal repercussions if the vehicle was used to commit crimes. I don't recommend this dealership whatsoever.

Quang in used cars seemed honestly willing to try to get me a deal on a car, but was unable to match the price i wanted, and I wasn't asking much (5%). He tried to throw in some other goodies that sounded attractive but just didn't push the deal over the top.
Verdict: nice try, but better luck next time.

I purchased my EVO X from them in Feb 2008 and since then have done all my servicing there. Usually as soon as you drop 50K, they forget your name when you come in. My salesmen Todd Clayton sends me newsletters and discount coupons and always says hi when I come in. I do wish he would talk a little slower though. A little ritalin wouldn't hurt his cause.
Brandon Lahey, the service manager is fantastic and is very knowledgeable when it comes to EVO's. He's helped me with a ton of information and mods to my car. Truly a totally different experience as compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. A++++ all the way!!!!
