I sure am pleased I stopped by Sundance Mazda to shop for a vehicle. Miss Alla Gladkikh and her sales team did a excellent job in sales to let make an excellent decision and negotiated a fine sale for me .
I purchased a Ford Escape in early May and I'm telling you I've never had a better vehicle in all the while I have been driving . TOTALLY SATISFIED
the Ford Escape was well maintained cleaned and detailed inside and out .
Everything works !
Alla's sales team works to keep the customer completely satisfied .

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and had many problems with it within the first two weeks I had the vehicle. Because of the year of the vehicle I wasn't offered a warranty but was given an inspection that said the only thing that may be a problem in the next little while was the tires because the tread was low. Within the first week of having the car I noticed three other problems and when I asked to bring it in for them to check on these they told me I would have to pay for them to get fixed even though they passed the inspection that they did on the car. One problem is a cheap fix but the other two are not.. Not Impressed!!!! Rude Customer Service. When they are selling to you they will not leave you alone and when you have a problem they will ignore you and tell you they have another customer and eventually hang up on you!! Wow.. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I was looking into purchasing a Mazda at this dealership last year... absolutely horrendous experience. Put a deposit down for $1000 and then got strung along for weeks while the guy we dealt with supposedly did a "credit check". I knew my credit score was good so I was extremely confused as to why it was taking so long. Never called us back, we constantly had to call and check up on what was happening, and when this happened he was full of excuses that didn't make sense. After MORE than 30 DAYS, I went in and asked the receptionist for my deposit back... the person we were dealing with never called back or explained what had happened. We bought a car the following week at another dealership with no problems. STAY AWAY!

This dealership has THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life!
I purchased a used vehicle and noted and issue, had it written on the bill of sale and was promised repairs for cheaper than "normal" within 6 months.
That car lasted 12 days and then not only were they RUDE to me, they proceeded to charge me an extra $100 for a part that wasn't "technically" included in the one being repaired.
This company will never get another cent out of me for as long and I live.
AVOID this place if at all possible, or at least make sure you think of every possible way for them to get out of their agreement, because they will try it!
