We recently purchased a previously owned vehicle from Zarowny motors in St. Paul. We are a 2 vehicle family that needs very reliable vehicles for work, pleasure and business use. Over the past 20 years we have dealt with Zarownys on 8 vehicles. Whether it was a purchased, leased, new or used vehicle, our experience with each has been a positive one. There are a lot of vehicle options to consider in today’s market. Customers just do not return if they don’t feel good about what they had to go through. We had a positive experience several years ago when buying our first vehicle from Zarownys and choose to return 7 more times. The performance of the Ford and Lincoln vehicles, together with the sales/service provided by staff at Zarowny Motors keeps us coming back.

My previous vehicle was no longer running. Hearing through the grapevine, they approached me about it. I explained to them what I was looking for and in a very short time I was given a couple of options to consider.
Very helpful and honest through the whole process. Test drive went great. Delivery was smooth and efficient. Very good experience overall.

was in a bind when my main passenger vehicle had a catastrophic failure. was not a Zarowny customer, had never set foot in the building, had not owned a Ford since 1979 but a total "cold" call to Kyle Allen resulted in prompt and fair quotes, multiple window stickers via email and a resulting sale within hours. The vehicle was ready for pickup the following day. Kyle appreciated the nature of my dilemma and saw fit to take my inquiries seriously and turned what was to that point a small disaster into a truly rewarding experience. My new suv is a delight and Zarownys "old school" approach to retail was refreshing to say the least.

I recently took my Lincoln in for a regular oil check. When I picked up the vehicle it had been washed and cleaned. It was so clean I thought they had given me new floor mats. Plus I got a follow-up phone call to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Friendly, efficient service and love the new facility. Would definitely recommend Zarowny Motors as the place to go!
