Thank you Steve Read at the Service counter for another excellent service! I asked if they could check my brakes, as well as the scheduled service I was in for, because I was getting a squeak while backing up. I received a prompt phonemail about 45 minutes after dropping the truck off that there were some problems with the brakes. Uneven wear and pitting of 1 rotor. I gave Steve the go ahead as I was driving from Vancouver to the Rockies the next day, in winter!, and I wasn't going to wait till I returned home for the repair. Steve said they could get it done for me and a few hours later my 2012 F150 was ready for pick up. Washed too I might add. An extra bonus was that all of the front brake service was covered under my 7 year maintenance plan with Ford. I just had to pay for a rear brake service... just over $100 so I was very happy with my service appointment!

I was driving home from Alberta last week, and my wipers wouldn't turn off. They were stuck on intermittent for the last 800 km. dealer in Langley couldn't get me in until the following week so I phoned Cam Clark in North Vancouver and they got me in first thing the next day. My truck was fixed in an hour while I waited. Outstanding service. Thanks to Sarah Megahy for making room for me.

I really love that they had the shuttle service to take me to explore the Lonsdale Quay while my car was being serviced. Everyone was friendly and that was so much better than having to wait on site for an oil change. They even cleaned my car. A plus!!!!

I brought my car in for service and it was ready in just over an hour, I hardly had time to finish reading the paper. Washed too.

All my visits to Cam Clark Ford have been good experiences.
From the staff who are always helpful and courteous.
The service has been thorough and they always take the time to explain the work orders and listen and answer all my questions.
It is also so nice that they have a shuttle service to take me to where I need to go, while they care for my vehicle.
I would totally recommend Cam Clark Ford in North Vancouver.

Took my F - 150 in for first maintenance . Gord Kothlow was there to help out with everything , they had my truck done within 1 1/2 hours. Picked it up , was washed also. Great experience . Thanks

The sales person delivered the 2017 escape to my door with
a fresh wash job,a full tank of gas and then completed the
paper work and gave me an excellant tour of the auto.
I could not ask for more.
