My Toshiba TV was under warranty and it needed repair. They referred me to Martroy as being their authorized repair center. Martroy sent a technician out to repair the tv and the guy was great! Very nice service! I am happy to say that the manufacturers warranty included my repairs for free! No need for that stupid best buy "extra warranty".

I have been taking some cassette boomboxes into Martroy to be fixed and serviced for a few years now. Always had great service. They are one of the only places in Chicago who will repair my cassette boomboxes. They do a great job and keep me from having to dig on the net to find these extinct machines.

My laptop gets really hot on the bottom. My husband purchased me a cooling thingy to fit the bottom of the laptop. I love that it doesn't heat up any more. I recommend because they were helpful.

just wanted people to know how happy i am with matroy electronis services. i been in the biz for yrs and havent used there services in sometime now.and recently had some issues with my cerwin vega speaks n could not find any one that could help .but matroy resolved my warranty issues.n repaired n returned in 1 week got to love that thanks matroy u guys rock.
