Today, 11/30/16 in this very rainy weather, my car trunk broke at about 3:45pm. I have a Toyota 2011 and as a female senior citizen, I've only used Toyota dealer service so going to the dealer was the only option I considered. Approximately 40 minutes from Champion Toyota of Philadelphia, I called the service department and explained my problem. The trunk would not close and if I did not get it fixed soon, I would risk the trunk interior being soaked. The service department receptionist was kind and understanding. She suggested I bring it in and said that someone could take a minute to look at it. I got there 40 minutes later. The manager, Mark looked at it and fixed it within 15 minutes! What a relief. I am very grateful for the quick service I got today! Thank you Toyota!!
