If you need anything else done besides what you made an appoinment for - be prepared to come back!
I have never had to debate with a service advisor before - you would think if a new car is under warranty, then a dealer should "just figure it out" so I would be happy and buy another new Ford next time?

Awesome team from booking to pick up staff was very helpful,and informative work was done on time and with the ford excellence I've come to depend on I've driven new fords most of my life I bought a new Dodge Durango so many problems and very poor service kept it for only 9 months and went right back to Ford

Kelowna Ford is really as good as it gets!!! I've been dealing with Terry for years and he is the truly one of the best. He is excellent at explaining what the critical items are, what to keep an eye on, and what can wait till next service. When I leave I always feel that the work that they completed was done right and I'm prepared for what needs to be done next service, so It's not a big surprise when I'm told something needs to be repaired. Let's face it vehicles need to repaired every now and again and the folks at Kelowna Ford all do a excellent job at preventive service and repairs. Thanks again for all that you do!!!!!

Kelowna Ford recalled my vehicle to be fixed by manufacturer. They were very professional, shuttle service, fixed my car at no cost, and even washed it for me! I appreciated that very much!

I have worked with Trent Daniels at Kelowna Ford Lincoln leasing F150's since 2007, I have always driven off there lot with the truck and deal I wanted, they have an impressive philosophy in sales.

I was going in for a regular service and when I was called to remind me the day before(which I love ) I asked if they had a sale on snow tires I was transferred to parts and was able to get a better than competitive price on 4 tires. I asked if they could get it done while my vehicle was in for service the next day. As my old ones were in storage at the dealership they pulled them out and mounted and balanced the new ones before I arrived and service arranged it so they were installed at the same time. Way to go Kelowna Ford!!!i was in and out in just over an hour. Now I can drive safely to Vancouver tomorrow come rain or snow!!
