Of all the dealerships we visited the Mercedes Staff in North Vancouver were the best and most pleasant to deal with.
We went to Volvo and Lexus and found "hawks" waiting to prey on us and sell us anything as soon as we exited our vehicle.
We came over from Nanaimo with the plan of buying our last car so we wanted to make sure we made a correct and informed decision.
The people at Mercedes asked us all the right questions and made our purchase of our new C 300 a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
We were pleased the Manager Jim and our sales rep Maurice were able to make everything come together and we left that same day with the showroom model!

Found the vehicle of my dreams and was able to have my new ML the next day! Great touch of roses given to my wife on mother's day! Would recommend this place

We went in looking at SUV'S and had outstanding service from Mercedes. We were able to drive one and the sales person Tim and Manager Jim were able to make the trade in work and we are driving our new ML. The lady in the Business office handled all the paperwork and had an agent ready for us.
Would reccommend a friend to this dealership. Debbie and Dave
