My 2006 scion was making a noise in the front left corner. I took it into Toyota and they tried to fix it-no luck. I took it back a second time and got a call from them saying the frame was bent and it would not be covered under warranty. I didn't trust the diagnosis as the noise was only present when going over bumps etc... I took the car to another shop and it turns out the air conditioning hose was bent and rubbing on another part, thus causing the noise. Seems quite neglectful of Toyota to get the diagnosis so wrong when another garage at least took the car out for a drive to listen to the noise and figure just where it was coming from. Can't imagine what they would have charged to "bend my frame back"????
