Well this is the husband who took her wife's vehicle in for its 40K tune-up which was basically an oil change. Being a senior citizen who has owned Japanese vehicles for the past 30 years and only recently (2014) switched back we are very pleased with our Escape. As for the service provided by Orchard Ford, I can assure you it has restored my faith in owning a NA product again. The other dealerships where we had maintenance performed were so BAD; I had to write the president of Ford and express my concerns. BUT Orchard Ford will continue to receive all our maintenance from now on. And I include two Lincoln dealerships in this assessment which didn't come close to Orchard.

Your personnel are friendly and easy to work with. My experiences with many dealerships has usually been congenial, this was no exception. The only reason this was not a top rating was partially a communication breakdown between the person taking the repair request and the mechanic at the other end. The mechanic could have avoided the extra time it took me at the shop by simply double checking the other similar circuit on the dash. I clearly told the receptionist that one of my 12V circuits did not work and I was told that the apparatus that I had was at fault. This was an assumption that the customer did not know what he was talking about. Had the mechanic simply pushed in the cigarette lighter he would have known in 30 seconds that that was the faulty circuit. My suggestion to your mechanical group would be to trust that if a customer suggests a problem with the vehicle don't always assume it is with some device extraneous to the vehicle itself.

I brought my truck in for an out of province inspection, it required a few repairs, they were very pleasant and the repairs were carried out quickly and I had my truck back by the end of the day.
I will need to see when they have a new Lariat Limited on the lot to eventually replace my current Limited

I went to orchard ford with high expectations and very little patience left from dealing with other dealer ships....
They took a very upset and unsatisfied customers and made me VERY SATISFIED.

The new truck performance amazing. Pulls my trailor fully loaded throught the coquihalla with no hesitation.
F150echoboost..3.5 6v ...
Just love it...

I guess what im saying is.....

Thank you ... for everything

I know i wasnt an easy customer.
But im a customer for life now...

Mathew was able to find us exact the cars we were looking for. In no time he was able to get them in and ready. I appreciated his quick and direct way. He's very friendly and a good listener. He's not just selling his cars but covering our needs and wishes. I never bought a car so quick. This team did an amazing job and I definitely will buy my next Ford with Orchard Ford. Thank you all.

We are a couple from the Netherlands and ordered a truck F350 by e-mail. The salesperson (Mark) reacts very quick on the emails and did very good suggestions. At the moment we arrived to pick up the truck the people were very friendly and helped us really good. The truck looks great and everything ordered was on the truck.

The Staff at Orchard Ford are the best I have ever dealt with Starting at the top with Dan and Trevor. Len and his best sales person Barry. Than the service department with Sean, Anthony and Scott and all the techs. I always feel welcome and I know that everyone there is doing there absolute best to look after me. Great job Orchard Ford !
