After being a loyal Honda customer for over 5 years, and always getting my car serviced at pacific honda on the north shore, I've never complained about the price or service even when it hasn't been good.
I've recently been dealing with financial difficulties. Divorced with three young kids, and an ex whose not paying any support no child support. So I ask the service manager if I could pay $30, instead of $50... For a simple oil change, I intend to still pay but just looking for a bit if a break. Car needs to be serviced and safe for my kids. All I got was a cold stoned face no, that's are best price already up there.
What a jerk, everyone's a robot these days with no hearts or understanding. This will be my last service there, and I will be moving my business elsewhere.

I found that their prices are way over market and the salesmen are not willing to play ball. Their so called "honda certified" only means they certify you will pay way to much. Go to craigslist or another site. Get a good mechanic to check out the car and you'll be fine. In terms of maintenance, I've been forced to take my car there and their prices are ridiculous! They also come up with all these so called necessary or scheduled maintenance. They love to change fluids because that is their highest margin offering. Find a trusted mechanic that doesn't charge $120/hr for labour. I have an excellent one that I trust at Barry
s Auto on Pemberton. Stay away unless you like to get ripped off.
