I have gone to this dealership for the last few years and while the car hasn't had many problems the ones it has had have been a chore to get it covered under warranty. Had an oil leak which was a seal after my 3 year factory warranty but still under my 5 year extended warranty but bob the service manager said it wasnt covered and charged me around 300 for the work. I needed to call Chrysler canada who got the dealership to reimburse me my money. Then still under my 5 year warranty AC stopped working went in and they said they just had to top it up not covered under warranty another 250 or so to fix. The next day low and behold no AC ends up being the condenser unit. They fixed under warranty but didnt want to give me my money back for the AC frion top up so had to fight to get my money back which i finally did. the next year the condenser fails again this time covered under the 1 year part warranty. wow that was a relief. A year later condenser fails again they will not cover me because it was replaced under the previous part warranty. Chrysler Canada honors the part warranty and dealership says if i pay for the install they would cover me under warranty if it fails within the part warranty. Less than a year later part fails again and Bob Macdonald tells me they will not honor the warranty.
