Signature Mazda actually deserves zero stars across the board! I have bought 4 new cars from different dealerships in the Lower Mainland and I have never been lied to about a vehicle feature and I have never been spoken to in a condescending and bullying way by the General Manager. If I ever had an issue with a vehicle it was always addressed respectfully and professionally, and resolved not just responsibly but proactively by the GM. The true integrity of a business and its employees is revealed when there is a problem to solve, particularly one they created.

I went in to buy a Mazda 3 GT sedan auto. I did an online build and printed off my summary to see if they were honest. I was quoted by my sales person a price 20$ per month higher. I tried to negotiate and was told they only have 5% mark up keep in mind they were roughly 1000$ above MSRP ( I run an accounting firm and know my numbers) I explained that I had already had a number from online they back peddled and said it was a paint fee (not applicable) air tax ( they tried to include 3 times) and some sort of environment fee ???? What a bunch of crooks I expected better BEWARE OF THEM!!!!
