Bought a used GTI and I know imperfection are common, so I asked the stone chips on the hood to be fixed to the best of their ability. Came back FOUR days later noticing glue residue on the hood of the car, it looked like chicken pox. I was disappointed and I let them know, later they fixed the issue. Took them twice to fix the same hood. Came back a second time looking for tint removal as they told me the tint was standard yet it was aftermarket. I asked them to remove the tint as the previous installer did a horrid job. Came back the next day only to notice that more gluey residue was on the roof of my car. Took me only 10 seconds to notice this as I approached my car, how did the dealership manage to miss it. They did these jobs free of charge as I was disappointed in their detailing job. Horrible customer service and I shall never return or purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

We bought this 2004 Jetta TDI wagon used from another dealer, Autohaus has treated us very well I highly recomend them. No hassle for a rust warrenty claim and very helpful.
