We were very disappointed in this vendor. EcoClean was recommended by a neighbor who had used the company just one month earlier. The neighbor was VERY pleased with the company's work. We contacted EcoClean via phone 3 times to get a quote for our project. Once we talked to a real person and twice left a voicemail on their answering machine. All three times we communicated our name, location, the service we were interested in, and our contact info for a quote. After 2 weeks of no reply, we submitted an email request for a quote via their website. As of now, 2 additional weeks later, we still have not received the courtesy of a reply. As a result, we have contacted another service that readily scheduled a home visit by one of their representatives. Sorry EcoClean, but your customer communication is extremely poor. If you are too busy, or don't have interest in our project, just let us know so we can move on to another company before wasting 4 weeks of our time.
