Took a vehicle for a test drive and inquired about a price. Everything went down hill from there. Never got a straight answer , offered misleading facts, Mislead me on the cost to safety my vehicle. An absolutely terrible experience. Sadly this has been my experience whenever I deal with the Murray Auto group. I am only giving 1 star because it won't accept zero stars.

Took my car at Murray Chevrolet, Winnipeg, for the first Service. they made the delivery late by half hour and then make me wait for another half hour saying that they gonna wash my car. And finally after half hour gave my car back giving the excuse that they are busy so can't wash the car now. First time late on work because of these guys. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED.

I like the fact that there is an online chat however if I am just seeking information it would be nice if the person on the other end of the chat could just answer the question instead of passing me on to the salesperson. It makes sense to have contact however I just was seeking an answer in regards to leasing and the deal that you have going on. I could have just called a salesperson in this case.
Just food for thought.... They should be able to answer many of the questions that any salesperson can.
