Dear Sir,

After dealing/closing on a "Brand New" but year old vehicle only two days prior to pickup, on the day of taking ownership, I had to complain to the same salesman (same on all occasions) that very little was done to ensure/display the vehicle was actually "brand new" as the entire exterior of the vehicle was streaked with water lines throughout the chrome, windows & painted surfaces. Surface rust was visible on the chrome wheels, bumpers & bumper tows hooks & chrome grill. The interior was also not gleaming nor smelling of new leather as was a very similar vehicle of much lessor value, in the adjacent showroom at that time. Dust was also obvious throughout the interior.

Upon waiting for another hour & a half for the vehicle to be sent back to the detail department, it emerged a much newer looking vehicle overall but please note, this vehicle was priced " Above 71K " ... it should have sparkled from top to bottom in every aspect !!!

Being that this is our "third new vehicle purchased from this same dealership within the last 5 years" & being they had two days to go over the entire vehicle to prepare it for new ownership, I would definitely remove one & a half to two out of five stars, for obvious careless & unacceptable oversight regarding overall customer satisfaction.

I was in a jam with my Ford Focus 2014. The vehicle had a couple of no-starts, and in fact in the dead of winter December 9th, there was NOTHING-couldn't even unlock the doors!
Parkside retrieved the vehicle, corrected the problem and contacted me to get it promptly.

Brought my truck in for major body work. 3 weeks later, I got my truck back, with the carpet burned and melted on the floor in back, Nobody did nothing to fix it before returning it. I showed the body shop manager it, he said that the tech did it while trying to heat up a bolt with a torch. He said he would get back to me on fixing it, its been a week, and never got a call back yet.

I have taken my truck to Parkside on numerous occasions and each time the staff is courteous. They explain the repairs being done so that I can understand what is happening. I appreciate their service and their feedback on further needs for my truck
