I was recommended this dealership by a work associate who is a personal friend of the general manager. I was very pleased with the reception I got, was shown exactly what I was looking for; purchase, trade-in, financing, pickup of my new truck was extremely satisfying, no pressure, everything completed as quoted. Staff are very friendly and obliging; highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a quality vehicle, fair price, and excellent service. It's worth the trip to Elie!

We have been dealing with Wilf's Elie Ford since 1997 when we bought our first truck. Our service back than was exceptional and continues to this day. We have now bought two trucks and most recently a 2016 Edge. The experience we've had buying our vehicles from Wilf's is exciting from beginning to end. Never once feeling pressured to buy. Very seldom do we take our vehicles elsewhere for service. We'd rather drive the 45 minutes and get great service then stop somewhere close by and be disappointed. Been there done that! The staff from sales to service including the front desk are truly worth the drive.

Brought our Taurus for an oil change. Service was great as usual.
We have an issue with dust coming in through the back cabin. They have done 2 Ford recalls regarding the dust issue. The dust issue in the back cabin still continues. They are looking into this issue.

Recently I was asked to go price some new vehicles for my current job. I went to several dealers in the Point West area, and a Ford dealer on the West end of Portage Ave. It was like a roller coaster ride. I literally felt like they were trying to steal from me.. Aggressive sales staff that were borderline crazy. They claim they have the best prices, but they try to make all their money with extras.. see below:
"Doc Fee"- Don't ever fall for this. It's a cash grab.
"Window Etching"- Complete scam. If your car gets stolen would you really want it back?? The cops can check the serial number.. no need. Waste of money.
"Undercoating"- This is a really bad joke.. Floor boards don't rust out like they used to. By the time 15 -20 years go by this stuff will have peeled off a long time before that!!!!
After all this I ended up at Wilfs. I looked at the car, I tried out the car and I was given a price. No pressure, just a pleasant hour going through the process. I called them back the next day and bought it.
All I can say is, don't waste your time in Winnipeg.. make the 20 minute trip West to Wilfs. It's well worth it. Oh.. and they were cheaper than the Winnipeg dealer too!

Lyle, Cindy and Rolly are the face of Wilfs Elie Ford. From first contact to the end of the service appointment they make everyone who comes into the service department a priority. I have been a customer since 1985 and have never had a bad customer experience at this dealership.
