I decided to just do test drives on SUV's (not even to purchase) to find out what I like, wasn't even going to go to Taylor Ford until a friend suggested the Escape. So I went, walked in, and waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes until someone walked over to me (wasn't impressed at this point) HOWEVER, I lucked out and got IAN as the salesman. Didn't know him for a hole in the ground, but was pleasantly impressed. So much so that I purchased my first brand new vehicle from him and am very pleased with it. Id definitely go back to IAN and hope to refer him to my friends to him as well. VERY Happy with my FORD ESCAPE :)

I have been buying Ford's for many years from Taylor Ford and having them service there as well
Roger (and Steve until his passing away) have given me the best of service over the years and always make sure my Ford was serviced properly and if some thing had to be done they would talk to me about it and the importance to have the repair
The customer waiting area upstairs serves great coffee and muffins (muffins at a cost) while you are waiting in a relaxing environment
I would recommend Taylor Ford any time

I have had exceptional service from Taylor Ford. I have been driving for 17 years and always owend new vehicles, and they are by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I love my Ford Escape. It's got lots of room, love all the new features.

Generally service is 4 star rating. Recently needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Oil change completed and work order sent to service desk as if everything else was done. Wasted mope time getting balance of work done. However Taylor Ford in TRUE customer service absorbed the charges due to the length of time it took for the work. Was unexpected and much appreciated. This was and is "true customer satisfaction".

Went for a vibration problem ,couldn't fixing it because Saturday they don't have the personal there ,but they did what they can ,got a call from service,he told me they ordered a new machine for that kind vibration,so they will be able to fix it .

This time I took my truck in.. I was charge for my prepaid and never test my battery and gave me the wrong date for the next appointment. I catch all them things right away.. Battery need replacement.. Thank God because I probably got stuck across Canada.. If a mechanical forgot to test the battery what else he forgot. Where was the service.. That consider to be fraud. If there is a warranty the dealership does not get paid as much as the vehicle is out of warranty.. Sometime they don't want to do the work or just put it aside. I like to see all dealership to have an area you can see the work to be done. This avoid to be scam.. Happens all the time this day of age. If there a cost of your vehicle to be repair and cost big $$$$$. This can be a red flag. Educate yourself. Big companies today don't care because so many people keep spending there money.. I was pissed off the service.. They did make money. Ford with the installed was $270.00. If your vehicle out of warranty stay away and find a trustworthy mechanic. My family told me it's cheap go to Costco or Walmart.. Battery $114.00 and get someone you know put it for you.. I watch a documentary it's about us corporations and CEOs may have psychotic behavior. Not good. This is a bad world we live in today...

Was in Moncton on vacation from Calgary Alberta called in for a oil change on my F-150. They got me an appointment right away, it was excellent service was in and out in no time. They also went out of their way to check out a warranty issue for me. Would go there again for service.

I made an appointment a week in advanced because I am a business man and am very busy and don't have time to sit around for hours waiting for my truck to be fixed. My appointment was for 9:30 am, 2 pm comes and then they tell me there are 7 other people ahead of us, why bother making an appointment if we don't get in at that time? While we were waiting the the 4 1/2 hours we took out a Lincoln, the salesman was very good at his job for a new employee. After the display of inconsideration we will not ever buy another vehicle from Taylor Ford. We have had a Ranger, Focus, 2 Fiestas and our Ford F-150, we will never get serviced there ever again. We had to pay another dealer $100 to do the job you should have done. I will not recommend you to no one. I travelled 45 minutes each way and bought 2 trucks from you and this is the way my wife and I were treated. No thank you.
