I can’t say enough good things about Black’s Tire & Auto Service, and especially Steve, who went above and beyond to help me out. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find, which makes the experience I had here stand out even more.

Steve was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He didn’t just do the bare minimum and send me on my way — he took the time to listen, explain things, and actually help me find the best solution. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything he did for me.

It’s clear that Steve takes pride in his work and understands that treating customers right matters. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to make what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

People remember how they are treated, and Steve treated me exceptionally well. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to Black’s Tire & Auto Service, and I hope management recognizes what a valuable member of the team they have.

I walked in for a safety inspection. They were super friendly, the place was clean, I waited a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I was very satisfied. The bathroom at this location could use upgrading. There was zero soap in the bathroom at all. I'm not sure if there were any paper towels because I didn't even wet my hands due to their being no soap, so I tried not to touch anything with my hands.

I would come back and bring hand sanitizer :)

I had new tires installed today, and I was extremely impressed with the service at Black’s Tire. From start to finish, the staff was courteous, professional, and made the entire experience easy. The scheduling process was seamless, and the service was completed exactly as promised.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Steven Rosales for going above and beyond. His professionalism and outstanding customer service made a great experience even better. I highly recommend Black’s Tire and will definitely be returning for future service.

Black’s Tire was the only place in town that could replace our tires on our Hino 258 shred truck. Couldn’t be happier with their speedy service! Highly recommend these guys.

They were very polite and honest. I had an estimate from Subaru saying I needed rear wheel bearings and they checked and my wheel bearings were fine. They could’ve put them on and I wouldn’t have even known but they were honest and I appreciate that. They definitely will get my business from now on. Steve was awesome!!
