We had Alex come out to service our swamp cooler yesterday and truly had such an amazing experience with him. He was thorough and informative as well as a very kind person. He got our swamp cooler up and running quickly. We were also in the process of getting a new roof. After he left the roofers had messed up the swamp cooler. We called Alex who happened to be on call for after hours. He made it to our house in minutes and got it fixed! We were so thankful. We have a baby and the house would have been too hot for her if he hadn’t come to save the day. He was a lifesaver and we cannot recommend him enough!

Perhaps you should tell your employees to NOT to park and sit inside their vehicles for an hour, in neighborhoods, in front of people’s houses, where they have NO appointment!!
If they need shade that bad, perhaps they should go back to the office!
Just creepy and weird and very poor professionalism!

Have used Avalanche for years. Very good and reputable company. Very polite, explain what they are doing. They went beyond, the call of duty, with a plumbing issue, I had. Four plumbers stay for hours, until the leak was fixed. I will forever, be grateful, for their help and kindness. Christine Johnson

We had a great experience with Avalanche Heating and Cooling! They were professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right.
It’s hard to find companies these days that are this reliable and honest. Their pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Avalanche Heating and Cooling to anyone needing heating or AC work done!

Highly recommend! After meeting with several heating and cooling companies we chose Avalanche for our mini split install. From the start, the technician who came out to do our estimate was honest, straight to the point, and extremely professional. It was immediately clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and that he would treat our home with care.

When it came time for the installation, the experience somehow got even better. The two installers were hands down the most professional individuals we have ever worked with for any home project. They truly listened to our needs, checked in with us throughout the process, and took the time to walk us through everything. Nothing felt rushed, overlooked, or assumed. Which is huge! They took their time to make sure the line set and the outdoor unit were neat and tidy and after they were finished they made sure that everything was spotless.

The entire team was top-tier. We have never had such a positive, seamless experience with a company like this before. The quality of work, communication and professionalism were unmatched. We highly recommend Avalanche and feel completely confident that anything they do is done to the highest standard.
