Recently had my 2013 F150 FX4 in to the Service Department at the Stephenville Branch to troubleshoot extremely loud and continuous engine fans, and poor air condition operation.
Nothing but glowing praise for everyone involved in resolving the issue in an expeditious manner. Special kudos to the technician who worked on my vehicle and to the service manager who went 'above and beyond' to ensure that the cost was minimal!
I highly recommend them. Nobody else will ever touch my vehicle!

I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape last week from Humber Motor's sales consultant Elsie Coleman in Port-Aux-Basques. This was my first new vehicle purchase. Being my first purchase, Elsie was awesome. She showed me all the features of the vehicle then said I should go for a test drive. After I took it for a test drive and decided it was exactly what I wanted she helped me through the steps that it takes to purchase a new vehicle. Elsie is always there to help with any problems and to answer any questions. I love my new ride and look forward to doing business with Elsie again in the future. Thanks Elsie for all the help.

On November 9th 2016 I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Humber Motor's sales consultant Elsie Coleman here in Port-Aux-Basques. I have been dealing with Elsie for a number of years now and this is my 6th vehicle that I have purchased from her. I have had 2 focus's, 1 fusion, 1 fiesta, ford truck and now the Escape. When it comes to buying a new ride, I have always trusted Elsie with her great sense of knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and she is always on top of things when it comes to finding out extra info that I may be inquiring about and she is very prompt with returning phone calls etc. I love my new ride and look forward to doing business with Elsie again in the future although I really love this new ride so it may be a few years yet ;) Thanks Elsie for all the help. On the 22nd of Nov. we put our Ford Escape into HMF for its first checkup. We also took the opportunity to have 4 Winter tires installed. In no time the phone rang to say the checkup went well and the little one now had new footwear. They offered to come pick me up but, being in walking distance, I decided to walk instead. Steve had everything ready when I got there and quickly went over what had been done. When he announced the amount owing, however, I must have gone a little pale for it was a lot more than I was expecting. I said nothing to Steve, couldn't really because of the lump, and it wasn't until I removed the summer 'tires' from the Escape that I realized the 'why' of the higher-than-usual costs. The rims were still attached. They had put on new rims with the new tires but, as I wasn't the one who made the arrangements, it was a complete surprise to me. Other half wanted new tires, contacted son who contacted Danielle in sales, who contacted service with the tire (and rim?) request. I retraced the steps as far as son but, if guilty, no one admitting to it. In the end we have chaulked it up to an error in transmission places blame on no one. The ease of tire rotation for the next three years will more than make up for the surprise of the day.
What I wanted to add is this.
While there I spoke of having a remote starter installed (around $500 cost says Steve) and Steve asked more about my Escape. Apparently, it has a built-in starter that can be activated by my Smart Phone (which I didn't have) and offered to programme it for me if I should ever get one. I now have one and when I return the vehicle for the 100 KM Lug Nut Torc next week I am going to bring it along and have Steve do it for me since he freely offered to do so.
Thank you Steve. It's the little things like that that endear the customer and helps make the mistakes (which inevitably come no matter how careful we are) much more easy to accept.
