The only thing pleasant about my experience with this dealer was that I got a truck I wanted. I had to call several times before anyone would talk to me about the truck. Once we agreed on a price(2k over NADA value), it took a week or so for them to send me any paperwork to sign to finalize the deal. I was originally planning on flying out to Missouri and driving the truck home to Massachusetts. Good thing I didn't. I would have never made it home. I was told the truck passed a safety check. That's hard to believe, as the front brake caliper was frozen and the rear backing plates and rotors were completely rotted thru. I contacted my salesperson about these problems to see if they could help me out with the repairs. He told me they discounted ($500) the price of the truck and there was nothing they could do. What a joke this place is!! And to top it off, I received the truck with under an 1/8th of a tank of fuel!!! I wouldn't buy another truck from this place of you gave me the money to buy it
