The service center employees really DO have your best interest at heart. I went in, extremely worried, as my check engine light had come on. They were able to tell me, within minutes, that it was an emissions fault.... and that I could safely drive it until the scheduled appointment 8 days away. At that appointment, it was found the purge pump was at fault and was replaced through my maintenance plan. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and excellent work ethic.

Another fantastic experience buying a vehicle at Steele Chevrolet in Dartmouth. Tristian Croft, my sales person was wonderful to deal with. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and great personality. The same can be said for the finance rep, Scott Holman. He was very detailed and gave me all the options available on buying my new truck. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle anywhere else. Had an AMAZING experience with Ishika!! We drove two hours to Halifax to see a truck at a different dealership, only to find out that the listing was dishonest, they had no records, etc etc.

Since we drove so far, we thought we would check out another dealership. We quickly looked online, found Steele, saw a vehicle that looked promising and called to see if we could come look at it. We were connected with Ishika and immediately she verified the truck and that it was still available. She and had all the information, records ready as soon as we arrived! We had our 7yo with us and Ishika had her laughing the whole time! Ishika took the time to go through ALL the fine print, and made sure we were completely comfortable before moving forward. When we asked if we could do the trade in and take the truck that same day - she had the truck taken to get cleaned/detailed while we met with finance (shout out to Scott in finance as well, he also had our 7yo laughing and knew exactly what he was doing!). The whole process took only 2.5 hours and we left with a beautiful truck, detailed/cleaned, all documentation, and complete confidence in our purchase! Not to mention a FULL tank of gas !! Haha!!
