Was looking for Classic Honda post and found this forum, wanted to share my experience. I called a few days ago and asked for a B14 quote and told them I only want the "4" service, which is basically timing belt, water pump and spark plug change; spoke to Lisa and was quoted around 1000, asked her if she can give me a better deal and she responded that she will give me $150 discount if I go with Benny (Service advisor).


Appointment day came and I sat down with Benny, surprise surprise, can't it to me for 850, not even 1000, he wanted 1200, and even have the guts and try to convince me to defer the spark plug service to meet my 1000 budget. He told me Lisa made a mistake, yeah right, I was given a ride, big mistake on my side. Never again Classic Honda Brampton, you've wasted my time and now I'll make sure you don't do the same to others. I'll post my experience with several sites and ensure potential customer are warned.
