Purchased a vehicle this week at this location, and traded in my old ride. Pleasant people thru the whole deal and finance. I had to wait a few days to pick up the car due to work, and the fact I live 1hr away from dealership. I went in to pick up the new to me (used) vehicle and was excited to see the deal done. I got into my new vehicle to verify it was clean, etc, etc. I started it up and found 1/4 tank of fuel. I was SHOCKED! I was under the impression that it was to be full and ready to go. Every other dealer I ever dealt with had a full tank ready to leave the yard. I asked about this and was told that it was not company policy for full tank but $30 on new car, and $20 dollars on used. What a crock. I was told GM don't kick back gas $$ and tough luck brother. I asked for a dealership hat, nope. Not even a snow brush, key chain, calendar. Nothing. I realize that my car was not new(3 yrs old) but come on. Every other dealership gives something for a thank you. All I got was the boot and thanks for the cash.
I was told that the price I got the vehicle for was the lowest, and 2000 under asking price. I found my vehicle online(vin matched) and was shocked to find I got it for 500 under online asking price. Well, I guess I got taken a little on that but the vehicle is nice.
Run to another dealership where you are more than just another deal. Not even the respect of a tank of fuel. Just leave was the feeling I got. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.
Just found out GM optimum vehicle are 4/32 tire depth guaranteed, going back up. Measured 3/32 of an inch. Less than 500km after purchase.
