With my new purchased Kia Sorento, the body lines do not match up where the driveru2019s door meets with the body!! The bottom half of the rear edge of the left front door sticks out and I couldn't get it fixed at Lockwood Kia service . They tried 3 times. I canu2019t really find words to express my frustration and regrets on making this purchase. I know, it is unbelievable to experience something like that on a brand new car. It gets worse each time I bring the car back. I donu2019t even want to mention the smell of a glue like substance in the car. I have never heard or experienced something like that before. nNobody was available to talk to me when I called the dealership later and I am not really sure what else they could tell me. I called Kia Canada. I am told that there is nothing to do after couple of tries and 4-5 calls in the following weeks. They told me they even asked to Korea. it was an unpleasant experience in the beginning but then it turns out to be a disaster. Their bumper to bumper warranty is a big scam. This was exceptable for them. I don't know what else would be exceptable?nDon't buy a car from them, or Kia at all.
