My experience at bramgate was mostly with the sales representative Daniel, who was nothing more than caring and understanding of the needs, wants and concerns I had. He had solutions for every concern and created a deal that I couldn't refuse. I then met with the finance adviser Joanne who was just as caring of my needs and provided the best service possible to make sure I walked away happy and satisfied with my decisions

I recently purchased a VW Beetle from Bramgate VW. From the moment I walked through the door, the reception team was very welcoming, warm, and friendly. The manager's at Bramgate VW were absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations.
My sales associate Rashemm was fantastic and I would recommend everyone who is looking to purchase are car to go see Rashemm and the amazing team here at Bramgate VW. 5 stars plus++++++++++ exceptional customer service!!!!!:) ps. I was dealing with Jiri Kazada at bramgate vw. He was very helpful and he explain every thing in detail .before we were confuse when he nicely explain every thing . We felt good and we purchased vw Jetta. He was very friendly and generous . We had very statisfy experience at bramgate vw . We are happy with the purchase . I returned to Bramgate VW after 4 years of great experiences with my 2009 City Golf. I recommended my son experience the same service in 2011, and he leased his Jetta from them as well. After test driving 10 other vehicles, and experiencing what other dealers have to offer in vehicles and service, I returned to Bramgate and had Andrew Seery as my agent. I was again pleased with his service and patience in dealing with my issues and concerns. I did not feel that I was pressured but all of my concerns were dealt with in a friendly manners. I again had a great experience!

I was dealing with Chris Fernandez @ Bramgate VW. After several negotiations we arrived at a mutual comppromise. I was very happy to make the purchase that I did.. Chris could not have been more helpful and explained all there was to know about my new Passat. He generously took the time and effort to show me and explaine to me all there was to know about my New car. I feel quite confident about my purchase and know I can count on Chris and Bramgate VW to assist me in any problems I may have in the future..
