Where do I begin?

I bought a 335 cabriolet thinking I had a well made and fully supported piece of art. My trouble started in the spring of 2010 when my 2008 convertible started leaking water. So, I took it back to the dealership to be fixed. And they did. Until three days later the leak came back. So, I returned to the dealer, and they fixed it again. Then within a week, it leaked again. So they fixed it again. Then the roof sensors (indicating the roof was secure) failed. So, I went back to the dealer to have it fixed, again. Then I got to drive the car again but alas only for another 2 days as, guess what, it rained and the roof leaked again. This time the dealer thought it best to stop wasting my time and valet the loaner. Apparently the repair was going to take some time as they had to wait for an "instructional video" from Germany. I haven't been able to drive my convertible in the last 3 months and now they are trying to convince me that it is fixed.

I was sold a lemon and for my trouble the dealer is offering to provide me an extended warranty? Guess what? The extended warranty doesn't warrant the problems I have been having. But, I am told not to worry my little head because BMW Canada stands being their cars and their work but they won't extend the warranty on the roof.

I would cry if this wasn't such a joke.
