I've dealt with the parts and service depts here many times. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to cambridge, kitchener, anywhere, just NOT HERE. They will half-fix your car, make you book several appointments, and then quote you $130 in labour to replace a $28 windshield wiper switch. I was not going to pay that, so I pulled the service manager outside and replaced the switch myself in under two minutes in front of him. Thankfully, he agreed that I shouldn't be charged the $50 fee that determined I needed a new switch, and agreed that $130 to replace it was ridiculous.

As for parts, they have always been good to me. Whether I agree with their prices or not is one issue, but at least they treat me well ALWAYS. Special mention to Graham, I would ask for him everytime right off the bat. He knows what he's doing and is always friendly.
