Sales team is awesome but then, you get to meet the back-end support and the service department. Customer support is abysmal as they don't exactly care about their customers. You can do as many online surveys as you want, nothing gets resolved. I've had to call Honda Canada to get issues fixed (I went to a different dealership, a place who actually care about their clients, they fixed all the pending issues in one visit, for free). Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.

I bought in Richmond Hill because of the service, I get my car serviced in Maple because their service is top of the line. I have tried on four different occasions to get the car serviced in Barrie, they are slooooowwww, and overpriced compared to other honda dealerships. I have had two oilchanges there in their "Express" service bay. Both times took over 45 minutes and with tax the oil changes came to $55. No, not synthetic.
