I give Ralph a 5 star rating because he took the necessary time to answer all my questions in detail and he fought with the bank to get the interest rate closest to what I wanted.

This is my second purchase at Bank Street Mitsubishi in 18 months, their customer service and prices cannot be beaten! You may have created a customer for life, nice job, and thank you!

Friendly people, honest, up front, true to their word, showed us a car, stated the price and worked with us on how to get there, offered alternatives without trying to up sell.

Our salesman is great to work with!! He did not pressure us into buying a vehicle and was very attentive. It's refreshing to visit a dealer that allows the customer to make a decision based on honest and low key sales persons.
